What happens after I sign up?
You will be contacted by one of our team leaders within 24 hours after you sign up. We will then assign you a dedicated virtual assistant who we feel will be the best candidate for you depending on your needs.
How soon can my virtual assistant start after I signup?
Once your virtual assistant has been selected to work with you, normally you can start sending over work the very next day after you sign up.
Do I choose who my virtual assistant is?
A team leader will have a call with you to discuss what you need support in. We will then connect you with the virtual assistant that is best suited for your needs. You will also get the opportunity to interview the assistant yourself if you would like. You will NOT be charged when doing an interview with your potential virtual assistant.
How do I get in touch with my virtual assistant?
You will be provided their direct email address and phone number. You can decide what your preference of contact is, whether it be email, call, text, slack, teams etc. The virtual assistant will do whatever is best for you.
What if I am not happy with my current virtual assistant?
You can always contact your team leader and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not happy with the current Virtual Assistant. We can always assign you a new virtual assistant if needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service anytime before your next billing cycle. However, there will be no refunds if you cancel during a current billing cycle.
How safe is my information?
We use top niche SSL encryption to make sure your data stays safe and protected.
How does Assistant Virtue bill?
If you are in a package deal, then plans will be automatically renewed monthly starting from the date you signed up. If you are an hourly client then you will be billed for the hours worked for that month and the invoice will be sent to you on the 1st business day of next month. (Example – Your virtual assistant worked 40 hours for you in November, on December 1st you will be billed for the hourly work done in November). Again, please reach out to us before renewal if you no longer want our services, this ensures the billing cycle will not be renewed.
How do fees work?
If you are in a package deal, then the fees are designed to reserve a specific set of hours each month in your virtual assistant’s schedule. Once you choose your package, the monthly retainer fee will be charged each month on your sign-up day. (Example – If you signed up on July 8th, then you will be charged August 8th, September 8th etc.). Again, you can upgrade or downgrade if it is needed or you can do hourly pricing.
What hours/days do assistants work?
Our assistants generally work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Tasks and communications may be sent at any time. Correspondence sent after hours or on weekends will be responded to the following business day. If the virtual assistant decides to do work on the evenings or weekends they can, but they are not required to do so.
